This is one trend train I will not be getting on this fall. If I wanted to look like a newsie or a 10 year old paper boy I would just wear a vest, thank you. The sad part is, Forever 21 will soon have knock-offs and 14 year old girls from here to China will be sporting this. Don't give in people, keep wearing those trouser jeans.
